It also applies to the initial development firm that built the website, CP Solutions, LLC. (“CPS” / “CP Solutions”), Virtual Marketing Services, LLC (“VMD”/ “VMD Services”), 2ngage LLC.

Customers requiring secure storage of “protected health information” under HIPAA are expressly release CPS from liability. We do not sign “Business Associate Agreements” for website content or forms, and you agree that CPS is not a Business Associate or subcontractor or agent of yours pursuant to HIPAA.

We use the Form Information that we collect generally to contact people who willingly reached out through the Site. Additionally, we use this Form Information to:
